- Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to do so may result in a cancellation charge equivalent to 50–100% of the service fee.
7. Staff Conduct and Compliance
All GC&C Group Limited staff:
- Are fully vetted and trained according to industry standards
- Hold appropriate certifications and clearances (e.g., DBS, Right to Work)
- Are expected to act professionally and uphold confidentiality and safeguarding policies
We maintain strict quality control and accept feedback to ensure the highest standards.
8. Liability and Insurance
While we take great care in providing reliable services:
- GC&C Group Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
- We are fully insured for public liability and employee-related incidents.
